A housing scheme on the North side of Marseille, 99% inhabited by North Africans.
The Hout family are marrying their eldest daughter while, on the same evening, the association "Avenir jeunes" is organising the annual festival in the district.
With the help of teenagers, Abdel the youth worker gets on with it successfully, but once the festival is over, it has to be admitted that a certain number of objects rented for the occasion have been stolen. By whom ? And will Abdel manage to get them back ?
