Robert Vas
1962 - Grande-Bretagne - Noir & Blanc - 20'

The film traces the existence of the Jewish community in London's East End; specifically it examines the vanishing way of life of the Jewish community of Hessel Street, in Whitechapel, and looks at how a redevelopment scheme radically altered the lives of the people living there.
