A Romanian man begins seeing a psychoanalyst recommended by a friend. He has weekly appointments with her. Soon, he finds out more about her: she is a writer, and lives in a wood-frame house on the grounds of an insane asylum. A year passes. He gathers his strength. He tells her that he is tired of telling her about his problems. That it bores him. He wants to make a film about what she has to say.
