A portrait of Fati Farari, an African student, who studied piano at the Prague Academy of Music in the sixties. The film plunges us into the heart of a difficult existence, Fati had to face daily racism. Using fictional scenes in which Fati communicates his ideas and impressions during preparations for his graduation year recital, Drahomíra Vihanová displays enormous virtuosity in her editing. This film made by Drahomíra Vihanová for her final year of studies at the Famu reminds us of the beginnings of the French New Wave.
