The recent disappearance of Geneviève de Gaulle tragically reminds us of the necessity and urgency to collect the accounts of those women, whether famous or "ordinary", whose lives the Resistance revealed. We chose to meet many of these women, each with different roles and radically different lifestyles.
This sequence of interviews, which focuses on individual information from their past and images of the period, gives them a real place in the struggle for liberty.
