The wild North Brittany coast. Filmed by his son, the engraver François Béalu receives the American philosopher George Collins.
The man of movements turns to words. The thinker theorizes, the engraver wavers, while implicitly the role of the image is the burning subject that is plaguing them. A meal with plenty of wine between two visits to workshops : the past re-appears, the future threatens and the son reconstitutes the intimate jigsaw puzzle as if it was an analysis.
