The Bibliothèque nationale de France now occupies two main sites in Paris : the venerable buildings of rue de Richelieu and the immense library at Tolbiac with its four glass towers.
Between the two sites, the removal of the collections has symbolised the passage from the traditional library to the library of tomorrow, which we discover with Jean-Pierre Angremy, president of the BNF.
