A suggestive testimony of en ex-member of so called Blue Helmets (UN peace-keeping forces) giving evidence of his service at the territory of the former Yugoslavia. It was a non-coercive mission and its task wasn't direct conflict solution. The soldiers mostly guarded their own camp and after the ceasefire they brought the killed back from the battlefront. They were men who actually could not fight; all they could do was watch. The confession of the French volunteer changes from bad temper to mocking to helplessness, which, in the insupportable non-military everyday life, made them lose all their ideals.
