Between the spirit world and that of the living lies the daily life of the Laos people. Every so often they contact the spirit world, which plays important role in their lives. From rituals designed to bring rain to dragon boat race rituals, there are endless rites that bring the different ethnic tribes of Laos together. This documentary transport the viewer to a world where the people and their beliefs unite in an enchanting syncretism whose secrets are held only by Laos itself.
