The widest amusement park in Europe is spread over ten hectares or so, in Marne la Vallée (East of France). Disneyland Europe is the perfect replica of its American counterpart created by Walt Disney. This "enchanted world" is very successful and welcomes many visitors, mostly families, everyday.
Yet, behind this Technicolor representation of unmarred happiness and the set smile of the members of the staff who guide us from one ride to another, there is a much gloomier reality ; a zone where rights are not respected. It is a real state within the state where labour regulations are disregarded and where the underpaid cast-members and team-members are subjected to an arbitrary system.
