From a paper-mill village to world-wide networks, from a family firm to an international company, it is thirty years of economic and social life of a very traditional and rural French enterprise, shaken by the 1970's crisis and forced to "open up".
Shock of worlds and cultures : through the 1968's social crisis and the 1970's economical restructurations, this film is an echo of French business work during the "Trente Glorieuses" (1960-1990).
