Disabled people are elsewhere, they live among us, but they are not like us.
"Ailleurs" is a film about meeting : taking time to see in order to give back to the "disabled" person his status as a "person".
With the association for the physically and mentally disabled in Annecy we follow some of the residents in their daily life.
