The documentary shows the jobs the doctors are doing in Africa. The troubles they find, the difficulty on communication. The documentary also shows the female circumcision : this practice horrifies the occidental society but belongs to their culture.
The female circumcision starts to be questioned by the people who live in the urban cities, considering the serious consequences for the little girls. In some cases that practice causes the death.
