Aarne, eighty-six years old, lives by himself on a small farm near Oulunsalo airport. He doesn´t want to move to an old people´s home though his knees are weak and joints stiff with arthritis. Wild cats that roam his garden by the dozen keep him company. Daily routines and the cats make Aarne´s life worth living.
