The moutains of Inner Borneo, the third largest island on earth, are one of the most unknown regions on earth. Yet a caver and an archeologist have explored these regions and through a mixture of intuition, expertise and sheer bloody mindedness, have made remarkable archeological discoveries of prehistoric cave painting. Deep in underground passages they came across cemeteries with extraordinary cave paintings seeming to offer an enigmatic greeting across the centuries.
