In 2013, the network of film festivals in Rhône-Alpes Festivals Connexion began a series of training courses aimed at volunteers and staff of these events.
Les États généraux is welcoming within this framework a dozen trainees with the aim of deepening their knowledge of documentary film, of its basics and history as well as of its contemporary developments.
To prolong the training, organised around two days of closed-door sessions, we offer trainees an immersion in the festival all the rest of the week.
